This was the third time (and the first time in 13 years) that Metallica performed in Rome. They were last here on September 26, 1996 during the Poor Touring Me tour.

They first played Rome on November 16, 1992 on the Wherever We May Roam tour.

This was the first time that Of Wolf And Man was performed in Rome.

This was the first time that Phantom Lord was performed in Rome.

This was the first time that the full version of Master of Puppets was performed in Rome.
