Metallica broke through another barrier by becoming the first and only band in history to perform concerts on all seven continents in the same year!
The show was performed for contest winners from Latin America, research scientists from around the world and the crew of the ship who brought everyone to the cold continent.
To protect the environment from noise pollution, the music was transmitted to headphones that each audience member was wearing.

¡Metallica rompió otra barrera al convertirse en la primera y única banda en la historia en realizar conciertos en los siete continentes en el mismo año!
El espectáculo se realizó para los ganadores del concurso de América Latina, científicos investigadores de todo el mundo y la tripulación del barco que trajo a todos al continente frío.
Para proteger el medio ambiente de la contaminación acústica, la música se transmitió a unos auriculares que cada miembro del público llevaba puestos.
