This was the first time in two years that Metallica performed in Minneapolis.

Metallica first played in Minneapolis on February 6, 1985 at First Avenue.

Metallica’s last performance in Minneapolis was on August 20, 2016 at U.S. Bank Stadium.

This was the first time that “Atlas, Rise!,” “Now That We’re Dead,” “Halo On Fire,” “Moth Into Flame,” and “Spit Out the Bone” were performed in Minneapolis.

This was the first time in nearly seven years that “No Leaf Clover” was performed live. It was last played on December 5, 2011 at The Fillmore in San Francisco, CA.

This was the first time in 15 years that “Harvester of Sorrow” was played in Minneapolis.

This was the first time in 18 years that “Breadfan” was played in Minneapolis.

Rob & Kirk performed a cover of “When Doves Cry” by Minneapolis’ own Prince during their doodle.

Metallica performed 18 songs from the following albums: Kill ‘Em All (1), Ride the Lightning (2), Master of Puppets (1), …And Justice for All (2), Metallica (3), Reload (1), Garage Inc. (1), S&M. (1) and Hardwired…To Self-Destruct (6).
