This was the third time that we played the Leeds Festival. We first played there in 2003.

Both “For Whom the Bell Tolls” and “Blackened” were played at Leeds for the first time since 2003

Seven songs were played at Leeds for the first time including “King Nothing,” “The Memory Remains,” “The Unforgiven,” “Turn the Page,” “The Frayed Ends of Sanity,” “Fade to Black” and “Whiskey in the Jar.”

The band performed 18 songs off of nine albums: Kill ‘Em All (1), Ride the Lightning (3), Master of Puppets (1), …And Justice for All (3), Metallica (4), Load (1), Reload (2), Garage Inc. (2) and Death Magnetic (1)
