This was the second of two shows celebrating Metallica’s 40th Anniversary.

At least one song was performed from each studio album and the setlist was structured in reverse chronological order.

This was the first time in over 11 years that “The End of the Line” was performed live. It was last played on November 18, 2010.

This was the first time in over 10 years that “Dirty Window” was played live and only the second time it’s been performed in 17 years. It was last played on December 11, 2011 at The Fillmore.

While it was performed in full on December 5, 2011 at The Fillmore, this was the first time that James sang the full version of “Am I Evil?” in over 14 years. It was last played with Hetfield on vocals on July 15, 2007.

This was the first time in over 10 years that the full, electric version “Bleeding Me” was performed. That version was last played on December 7, 2011.

This was the first time in over 10 years that “Wasting My Hate” was played in front of a live audience. It was last performed in front of actual human beings on December 7, 2011 and again on the 2020 All Within My Hands live stream.

Metallica performed 15 songs off of eleven different albums and one non-album track: Kill ‘Em All (2), Ride the Lightning (1), Master of Puppets (1), …And Justice for All (1), Metallica (2), Load (2), Reload (2), Garage Inc. (1), Mission: Impossible 2 (1), St. Anger (1), Death Magnetic (1), and Hardwired…To Self-Destruct (1)

Esta fue la primera vez en más de 11 años que “The End of the Line” se interpretó en vivo. Se tocó por última vez el 18 de noviembre de 2010.

Esta fue la primera vez en más de 10 años que “Dirty Window” se tocó en vivo y solo la segunda vez en 17 años. Se tocó por última vez el 11 de diciembre de 2011 en The Fillmore.

Si bien se realizó en su totalidad el 5 de diciembre de 2011 en The Fillmore, esta fue la primera vez que James cantó la versión completa de “Am I Evil?” en más de 14 años. Se tocó por última vez con Hetfield en la voz el 15 de julio de 2007.

Esta fue la primera vez en más de 10 años que se realizó la versión eléctrica completa de “Bleeding Me”. Esa versión se tocó por última vez el 7 de diciembre de 2011.
